WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to everywhere within the UK. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer worldwide shipping.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We have a standard and express delivery option, and also offer a cheaper option if your order only contains our cards. Head over to our delivery page for the prices and everything you could need to know. All orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

That all depends on which delivery option you choose, please visit our delivery page for more information.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, then drop us an email at hello@stolenglimpse.com and we’ll be in touch to sort it out as soon as possible.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

If an item has arrived faulty or you’ve received an item that you didn’t order email us at hello@stolenglimpse.com and we’ll get it sorted.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

Yes, we all change our minds every now and then. Check out our returns page for all of the information, and how to process a return.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, you don’t offer exchanges, only returns.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once you have received your order confirmation email then your order is completed, and changes cannot be made. If you do have an issue, or need to make a change, then email us at hello@stolenglimpse.com and we’ll try and help.
